Job Offer and Salary Negotiation Mastery

 Did you receive a job offer? If so, this workshop is for you! Its important to understand that there is much more to your "total compensation" than just salary. This training will help you understand what "total compensation" means, and will help you strategically prepare to negotiate salary plus benefits. Includes role-playing scenarios with personalized feedback. I will also help you prepare your strong opening, practice clarifying questions, and learn how to manage emotions in the moment.

Negotiating Your Future: Values Based Career Planning

This is a career development workshop that helps you define your vision for meaningful work... with a negotiation focus. You will learn how to align negotiations with your core values, how to build long-term economic security through strategic career moves and how to center relationship-building in these efforts. In addition to discussing salary negotiation, we will discuss other considerations including professional growth opportunities, retirement contributions, stock options, flexible work arrangements, and more.

This workshop covers long-term negotiation strategy across career transitions. We will build your negotiation confidence and skills over time by addressing imposter syndrome and self-advocacy challenges. I will also help you create personal accountability systems for ongoing professional growth.
