Negotiation:
The most important skill that nobody teaches!
The Graduation Gift that pays for itself!
You, or your kiddo, worked hard for that offer. Now: let me help you make the most of it!
Most individuals - especially new graduates - accept the first salary they're offered.
They don't have to.
One 75-minute conversation - before they sign - could be worth tens of thousands of dollars over their career.
This clinic is grounded in Dr. Miller's research and teaching on workplace equity, self-advocacy, and the structural barriers that make negotiation especially high-stakes for women, first-generation professionals, and students of color. You will leave with practical tools, real language to use, and the confidence to ask for what you deserve.
