The Negotiation Clinic
Why do I teach this? Read about it here ....
The Graduation Gift that Pays for Itself
Your student worked hard for that offer. Now help them make the most of it!

Most new graduates accept the first salary they're offered.
They don't have to.

One 75-minute conversation - before they sign - could be worth tens of thousands of dollars over their career.

This clinic is grounded in Dr. Miller's research and teaching on workplace equity, self-advocacy, and the structural barriers that make negotiation especially high-stakes for women, first-generation professionals, and students of color. You will leave with practical tools, real language to use, and the confidence to ask for what you deserve.
